2.4 While Transition Counselling endeavours to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, they shall not be liable if for any reason it is unavailable at any time or for any period. 3.2 If applicable, Transition Counselling’s web server may automatically recognise the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of users of its website. We may collect the domain name and e-mail address of visitors to its websites, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and aggregate information on what pages users access or visit and information volunteered by the user, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

3.3 The information collected by Transition Counselling is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our website, used to customise the content and/or layout of our websites for each individual user, used to notify users about updates to our websites, used by Transition Counselling to contact users for marketing purposes and is not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.

4. Revision of Terms and Conditions

5.1 Transition Counselling may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions without notice by posting changes on-line. Users are responsible for reviewing all information posted on-line and the continued use of this website after changes are posted constitute the user’s acceptance of modified Terms and Conditions.

5.2 A user’s authorisation to use this website automatically terminates without notice if in our sole discretion the user fails to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions. On termination, the user must cease all use of this website and destroy all and any materials copied directly or indirectly from it.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

5.1 Transition Counselling exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with this website in any way including but not limited to:

5.2 Nothing in this legal notice shall exclude or limit Transition Counselling’s liability for:

6.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. General

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. If any provision of the foregoing is held to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
